5. Designate Membership options
- "Open" allows any user invited to a group to join and participate in conversations.
- "Requires approval" forces the admin to approve the addition of a user before that user can join.
8. Add members to the group
Important note: You should invite everyone who will be a member of a group. This includes inviting someone who you will later designate a coach or admin.

10. Add coaches to the group by typing their name, username or email
For security reasons, someone you designate as a coach must already be a member or invited to be a member of the group.
