Or - I can't upload my video. My app doesn't work. Why does the app make me connect to Wi-Fi?
The most common reason users are unable to upload video inside the iOS app is they're not connected to Wi-Fi.
If you're not connected to Wi-Fi and haven't changed your settings to allow for uploading using data, you may see a message like this.

Users can either connect to Wi-Fi, or change their upload settings inside the app
To change your settings, inside the app, tap the "Settings" icon in the top right hand corner of the home page
The iOS app by default requires users to be connected to Wi-Fi in order to upload video.
If users are sers can take the following troubleshooting steps switch their settings to allow them to upload using personal data.

Tap "Mobile Upload"

Tap "Cellular Data & Wi-Fi" to use data to upload
Note: If you're connected to a Wi-Fi network, you won't need to do this.
